The concept of the Miraflores Vacation Club is to buy the annual use of high-standard accommodation. You specify the type of accommodation, the time of year and the number of weeks you wish to purchase.

The type of week/s you purchase is entirely your choice. The year is numbered into weeks from 1-52 and into seasons.

The 'Fixed' week, are weeks number 27 to 34, (July and August) and gives you the right of occupancy for the numbered week/s you purchase, i.e. the same week number/s every year.

A 'Flexible' week gives to you the right to select your week/s occupancy in your type of accommodation within the season you purchased. This enables you to have the flexibility to change your dates to suit different holiday requirements annually.

When you have purchased your week/s at Miraflores, you can furthermore take advantage of worldwide exchange programmes. Miraflores is affiliated to Resort Condominiums International (R.C.I.) and Interval International (I.I.) and between them there are over 5000 resorts in 85 different countries that you could visit. What a choice!

These exchange companies have an enormous team of travel consultants in regional offices around the world who will arrange all your requirements such as accommodation, flight tickets, car-hire, etc, enabling you to visit different countries. There are many options. The exchange companies' catalogues together with their travel consultants will be able to explain and organise everything for you from the convenience of your home.

Other costs

The only other cost involved after your purchase is the annual maintenance fee, at a very reasonable rate. The invoice for this service is sent to you annually by our Members Service office.
