Our apartments at Miraflores are maintained to a high degree.

To ensure the highest quality holiday we have a changeover day.

Our check in day is Saturday at 16.00h, and check out is Saturday at 10.00h.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive our Welcome Letter in your native language. This letter explains how to get to Miraflores as well as other useful information relating to your stay.

Our Members Service Department located at the Reception area is open from 9.00h until 19.00h Monday to Saturday to assist you with any queries.

Housekeeping
All apartments are cleaned twice a week with a full pre-arrival clean and a mid-week service including a change of bed linen and towels.
Guests staying on for a second week receive an additional clean on Saturday.
Extra cleaning services are available on request.
