We wish our seasonal guests and visitors a very warm welcome to Miraflores. Your satisfaction and holiday enjoyment at Miraflores is our priority.

 

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive our Welcome Letter in your native language. The welcome letter will give you detailed directions to Miraflores as well as other useful information relating to your stay.

 

Our check-in day is Saturday at 16.00h, and check-out is Saturday at 10.00h.

 

Our Members Service Department located at the Reception area is open from 9.30h until 19.00h Monday to Saturday to assist you with any queries.

 

Housekeeping & Maintenance
Our apartments at Miraflores are maintained to a high degree of quality. All apartments are cleaned weekly with a full pre-arrival preparation for your occupancy. Guests staying on for a second week receive an additional housekeeping service on Saturdays.

 

The Miraflores security guards ensure that you can enjoy your stay without worries, and for the safety of youself and your family, we kindly request that you pay attention and follow the provided safety regulations and recommendations.
