TO MIRAFLORES RECEPTION

Upon
your arrival at Miraflores the first place where you are welcomed
is the Miraflores Reception, located in the Club Miraflores building
right in the centre of the Miraflores resort. Manuel Oliva, who
has been with us since 1984, heads the friendly reception team,
which is supported by Jesus de Sada, Rosalia Madrid, Javier Prieto
and Farzin Fatemi.
Jointly
they speak nine languages, English, French, German, Dutch, Italian,
Portuguese, Flemish, Farsi and obviously Spanish, and their first
priority is to make sure, right from your arrival, that you feel
"at home" and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at
Miraflores.
With
over 40,000 yearly arrivals, at any time of the year in Miraflores
there will be over 20 nationalities. The daily task of the reception
is to be constantly available to the multicultural community and
to provide a personalised service and assistance to each residents
and guests. The quality of the services at the Miraflores Reception
is highlighted by the staffs' professionalism and enthusiasm. They
are truly committed to their responsibility of being able to deal
with a multitude of queries efficiently, quickly and courteously.
The
attendance of the reception staff is specifically very important
in case of an emergency. Our residents and guests have over the
years experienced to appreciate that they always can fully rely
on the staff at the reception for support and help, giving peace
of mind to the resident families.
The
Miraflores Reception also make sure to have available facilities
to enhance the experience of our guests and visitors to Southern
Spain as well as offering numerous excursions and sightseeing tours
within the vast choice that this region and its surrounding area
has to offer to you and your family.
The
opening hours of the Miraflores Reception is seven days a week,
365 days a year from 8:00hrs to 24:00hrs and on Saturdays the closing
hour is extended to 2:00hrs. During the few hours of closing a security
call system is operational, which is installed at the entrance of
the Club House, so someone will always be available to attend you
and your family 24 hours a day all year round.
