Dear Miraflores
Members and Friends,
Miraflores
has experienced over 25 consecutive years of success. What has
been the most important contributing factor of this extraordinary
achievement? Is it the layout of the development, the quality
of the homes, the sales price or the professional after sales
service? 
All of these elements have probably jointly contributed to our
success, but from my perspective though, the most fundamental
reason for our great success is that our clients simply like and
feel at home in the community environment we have created.
Obviously we have had our share of ups and downs over the past
25 years, but what we have relentlessly committed ourselves to;
is to deliver what we have promised and more…......
Our Owners have made substantial investments in Miraflores and
are committed to paying their annual community and maintenance
fees to ensure they maintain both the short-term and long-term
quality lifestyle here in Southern Spain. We have never lost sight
and we similarly commit to deliver their expectations.
That said, as the years pass by, we must also be willing to constantly
raise the bar. Our Owners demands for additional leisure and service
facilities must be met with investment in further infrastructure
and we must continue to stay focused on the client service commitment
and work to enhance and fulfil the present and future service
requirements. We must anticipate needs and expectations and train
our staff to not only to deliver but also surpass our residents'
and guests' expectations.
Having said the above, our success year after year and the cornerstone
of our achievement is probably mostly due to the fact that we
never take the loyalty of our Owners for granted!
