WELCOME TO MIRAFLORES RECEPTION

Upon your arrival at Miraflores the first place where you are welcomed is the Miraflores Reception, located in the Club Miraflores building right in the centre of the Miraflores resort. Manuel Oliva, who has been with us since 1984, heads the friendly reception team, which is supported by Jesus de Sada, Rosalia Madrid, Javier Prieto and Farzin Fatemi.

Jointly they speak nine languages, English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Flemish, Farsi and obviously Spanish, and their first priority is to make sure, right from your arrival, that you feel "at home" and have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Miraflores.

With over 40,000 yearly arrivals, at any time of the year in Miraflores there will be over 20 nationalities. The daily task of the reception is to be constantly available to the multicultural community and to provide a personalised service and assistance to each residents and guests. The quality of the services at the Miraflores Reception is highlighted by the staffs' professionalism and enthusiasm. They are truly committed to their responsibility of being able to deal with a multitude of queries efficiently, quickly and courteously.

In 2005 we still remain at your service. Our services range from a small plumbing or electrical repair to the complete renovation of your home. We offer a free estimate service allowing you to make the appropriate choice.

 Below are the additional services we offer:
· * Cleaning service: all you need to have your property in tip-top condition.
· * Laundry service: conventional or dry-cleaning.
  * Repair service: our team of electricians, plumbers and builders are at your disposal to solve any problem you may encounter.
· * Decoration: need help to decorate your home? We can assist you in finding your style at the best price.
  * Refurbishment of your kitchen and bathrooms. We can assist you with any alterations, replacement of tiles, new installations,      etc..
· * Utilities such as electricity,telephone and water can all be arranged and payments made on your behalf.
· * Emergencies: we will help you with any problem.
·*  Administrative services: we will advise and assist you in all administrative matters.

Miraflores struggled at first to be seen as anything other than one more of the same kind of no particular merit. The complete turnabout came in the
mid eighties, and Miraflores has since been recognized as one of the top quality resorts in the Mijas Municipality and, one would say, in the whole of Southern Spain.
