RECENT LETTERS FROM OUR OWNERS

Unfortunately now the beautiful time we spent here has come to an end. We have to depart. Perhaps we'll come back to "Parque" in autumn.
This year's stay has been the most beautiful:
Everything is refurbished and brand-new. The park is full with beautiful flowers. The lawn is well maintained and looks like a carpet. The swimming pools are very attractive, even for children. There even is a lifeguard, always worried about the well being of the swimmers.
And if we want to get to our home we pass the fountain that we call with affection "old faithful" and get directly to our fully air-conditioned apartment.
Here the refurbishment has completed wonders. A complete new equipment is welcoming us. Furniture, decoration, pictures, ceramics and light-equipment are of very solid quality and are perfectly fitting to each other.
The kitchen is equipped with modern electrical instruments and last but not least recently painted.
The modernization and refurbishment of Parque has improved the apartments a lot, the employees must have worked with a lot of motivation and teamwork.
To them we want to say thank you.

Firstly, we would like to congratulate you on the refurbishment of our studio. We were pleasantly surprised by its new design, including the modern furniture, air conditioning, alarm system, fridge, garden furniture, etc.

Everything is always clean and new, like the first day (about 15 years ago).

We also would like to thank you for your help and assistance, especially upon our arrival at Miraflores.

Also the sincerity and understanding you took in sorting out our problems which otherwise would have spoilt our holiday.

Hello Yvonne,

Having now returned home after another pleasant stay in Miraflores my wife has asked me to send you this message as both of us together with our two guests were delighted to see the improvemnets which had been made within the apartment.

The general make-over has been quite spectacular and an advert for good taste. The understandable tiredness which inflicts any property after several years had crept in to the Parque apartments and the difference which has been created is a credit to those who undertook the task to refresh them.

This can only make me decide to continue my visits to Miraflores. Well done.

Dear Mr. Sigurdsson - Manager,

It is with pleasure that I acknowledge the improvements that have been introduced lately in the management of the Miraflores complex.
1. The staff at the reception desk gave me a warmer welcome, showing a higher level of professionalism, in particular Mrs. Rosalía, whom I have known for more than 4 years, as well as the rest of the staff.
2. Correspondence to and from France with Mrs. Alabert is forthright and cordial, in contrast to that of the past years. I continue to appreciate the elegant style of Mrs. Yvonne O'Toole.
Some details in the apartments have been improved. There is still an excessive management with expenses increasing year by year.
The disturbing invasion of cats, which was our own fault as we were feeding them, has disappeared.
