In 1983 our first "Miraflores Times" was published to bring you news and views, previews and reviews of life in the Miraflores community. The Miraflores Times was intended to reflect our growth and was planned to keep our owners and visitors informed of future developments and let others see who we are.Ever since that first publication, we have continued to inform, issue after issue, both "old" and new friends of Miraflores, about the progress and activities and life style in our award winning resort.

In 1983 we had completed just 75 homes of "Pueblo Miraflores Phase One" and were reaching the completion of the construction of the second phase of 132 homes. Miraflores is today a large estate with over 1,100 homes and can boast of a superior and effective service organisation. Without doubt, today Miraflores is an extraordinary address and is distinguished for its development quality, outstanding services and leisure facilities second to none.

Over 30.000 people from around the world visit Miraflores yearly, whilst as the years pass by, more and more of our owners have made Miraflores their place of residence. The types of services our owners require are consequently two fold, one level of services for our owners on holiday and a different level for our resident owners.

THE NEW MIRAFLORES WEBSITE

We launched our new website 10 months ago to great critical acclaim. Our current online presence is not only fresh, intuitive and easy to use, but also full of useful information for all Miraflores guests and members. Our graphic designer chose a curved layout to portray the mellow climate and flowing design of the Miraflores resort. The use of our corporate colours helps to convey our philosophy onto the worldwide web.
For the first time, you can access the most comprehensive brochure of the Miraflores resort´s services and facilities, and it´s all just a mouse click away.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT

The community associations at Miraflores did not just pop-up fully grown as soon as the keys were delivered to the new residents. A community evolves slowly, as homeowners find they share similar interests in maintaining their property, thus protecting their hard earned investment.

Once the Miraflores developer completed each phase, it was up to the homeowners to decide, together with their neighbours, how to best manage their community within the Spanish community laws. It is through your community association that you, an individual homeowner, have a say in how your Miraflores Community is managed and administrated.

3 YEAR PLAN FOR THE REFURBISHMENT OF MVOC APARTMENTS

Miraflores Management are pleased to notify all our owners of the progress with the plans for the refurbishment of the 43 apartments in MVOC.

The first Parque apartment was finished at the end of April, which was just in time for the Committee Members to see it whilst here for the Annual General Meeting. Their reaction was indeed a positive response and it was gratifying to all concerned that the work done was successful.

The whole apartment has been fitted with new electric light sockets and plugs. This was necessary and a general safety feature. The apartment was painted throughout in a lovely shade of buttermilk.
