In 1983 our first
"Miraflores Times" was published to bring you news and
views, previews and reviews of life in the Miraflores community.
The Miraflores Times was intended to reflect our growth and was
planned to keep our owners and visitors informed of future developments
and let others see who we are. Ever since that first publication,
we have continued to inform, issue after issue, both "old"
and new friends of Miraflores, about the progress and activities
and life style in our award winning resort.
In
1983 we had completed just 75 homes of "Pueblo Miraflores
Phase One" and were reaching the completion of the construction
of the second phase of 132 homes. Miraflores is today a large
estate with over 1,100 homes and can boast of a superior and effective
service organisation. Without doubt, today Miraflores is an extraordinary
address and is distinguished for its development quality, outstanding
services and leisure facilities second to none.
Over
30.000 people from around the world visit Miraflores yearly, whilst
as the years pass by, more and more of our owners have made Miraflores
their place of residence. The types of services our owners require
are consequently two fold, one level of services for our owners
on holiday and a different level for our resident owners.
As
you can imagine, the daily management of the services at Miraflores
to our multinational owners requires skill and dedication. To
provide the most efficient services, we have organised our company
"Miraflores Developers SL" into seven departments:
1)
Reception
2) Members´ and Reservation Services
3) Technical Maintenance
4) Housekeeping
5) Bars & Restaurants
6) Marketing and Sales
7) Administration
Each
of above departments is under the management of very talented
personnel with unique loyalty to Miraflores and a passion for
satisfied customers. Their capacity and knowledge together with
the outstanding effort of the department's staff are reflected
in the quality awards Miraflores receives year after year, while
you, our owners, and friends have the benefit of our professionalism
and prime services.
One
only needs to spend a few minutes at our Reception or One Stop
Service at Club Miraflores, to witness the variety and scope of
services and tasks being managed. Not to forget the evenings at
our Club Miraflores Restaurant, where our guests enjoy fine dining
and entertainment in an exquisitely beautiful setting. Last year
our Club Miraflores restaurant served either breakfast, lunch
or dinner to over 41,000 guests!
With
this publication we continue the tradition of providing you with
information and articles, with the intention of providing you
with a few moments of pleasant relaxation and well being, which
ultimately is our principle goal.
