Car Rental Conditions

TARIFFS AND CHARGES
The cost of the rental can be charged to principal and generally accepted credit cards as detailed on the booking form. If the rental is paid in cash, it will be necessary to pay a deposit of the total cost of the service plus 25%, and the insurance liability. The client is obliged to pay separately for fuel consumed, any and all parking or traffic fines incurred as well as any eventual vehicle transportation and tyres and wheels damaged.

ADJUSTMENT OF LENGTH OF RENTAL
The days of rental that are invoiced are considered as periods of 24 hours from the hour of initiation of the contract. If more than 1 hour from the established time of return has elapsed, an extra day's rental will be charged.

DRIVING LICENCES
The client must be over 25 years and less than 75 years of age, and must be in possession of his/her driving license for at least two years.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
AT NO EXTRA CHARGE: within the limits of Malaga airport and Marbella and between 08:00h and 21:00h, from Monday to Saturday (except Sundays Airport delivery).
WITH EXTRA CHARGE: Sundays, national holidays, or outside the mentioned hours, 18 €uros. Outside the above mentioned geographical limits, 1,90 €uros per additional kilometre.

EXTRAS INCLUDED IN THE TARIFFS
Portable roof rack, 1 Child's seat. The Company does not assume responsibility for loss or damage of extras as a consequence of their use.

EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TARIFFS
Additional driver: Maximum two (except spouse) 2,10 €uros per day and per person. Snow chains: 2,10 €uros per day of rental of the vehicle.

RESERVATION SYSTEM
Only a vehicle of the requested group will be confirmed at the current tariff, and can be without prior notice substituted with another similar vehicle.

INSURANCE COVER
The vehicles are covered at no extra cost for: compulsory and voluntary automobile insurance with civil liability and 24 hours road assistance, including legal defence with bail bond. Full copy of the insurance policy is available to the client at the offices of the Company. Rental price also includes cover for limited collision damage with EXCESS LIABILITY (CDW), theft (TP) and physical injury to passengers (PAI).
EXCESS LIABILITY; amount and responsibility of Renter limited to:
Group: A+B+C: 300 €uros - D+E+F+I: 485 €uros - J+H+N1+N+K: 602 €uros - M: 1000 €uros.

WAIVER OF EXCESS LIABILITY
Waives the Renter's responsibility of the Excess Liability, at the following rates:
Group: A+B+C: 5 €uros/day - D+E+F+I: 8 €uros/day - J+H+N1+N+K: 10 €uros/day - M: 15 €uros/day.
Minimum 30 €uros all groups except group M: 100 €uros.

OTHER CONDITIONS
In all cases the rendering of each service is subject to the client's acceptance of the "Terms & Conditions of Rental" as detailed in the rental contract. All information presented on this folder is subject to alteration without prior notice.
